I am a retired Treasury Analyst from BART (2014). My 33 years career with BART of them 25 years were Customer Service related. I knew in 2006 that I wanted to be a REALTOR. I was currently employed full time and I felt that being a REALTOR required a full time commitment. So in 2015 I received my Real Estate license. Being that my past career was in the Customer Service field it has given me the patience, understanding and dedication to pleasing people. I am extremely passionate about what I do. Born and raised in Vallejo, Cary was more than 20 years into his career with Lucky Stores when he earned his real estate license.  He worked all night at Lucky’s then most of the day in real estate.  From the very beginning, Cary became one of the most productive agents at Momentum  Realty Group, even though it was his “second job.”  

Cary retired from Lucky’s after more than 30 years of service which means he gets a little more sleep at night.  Cary has hands on experience in owning and managing investment properties; successfully acquiring, rehabbing and selling homes (flipping); and in the sale of all types of residential real estate. His work with Wickens Construction Co. in job costing keeps him up-to-date on rehab and maintenance costs and he is a valuable resource in discussions of Return on Investment when planning for a home sale or purchase. 

Cary is the father of 4 children and his youngest will graduate from St. Patrick/St. Vincent High in Vallejo in 2024. He is an active parent at the school especially with his daughter's softball team. He is the proud Grandfather of three.  He now lives in Fairfield where he bought a house that he's been renovating over the past few years. He is an avid golfer and enjoys revitalizing old or antique furniture.

Beth and her husband Dennis moved from Kalamazoo, MI to Vallejo in 1975, when Dennis accepted the position of Director of Human Resources for the City of Vallejo.  Beth worked for 10 years as a Human Resources and Labor Relations Manager for Solano County. Needing a change, Beth decided to pursue a Real Estate career and earned her license in November, 1987.

Among her most notable accomplishments:  As the Realtor for Vallejo Neighborhood Housing Services, Inc. converted the Lighthouse At Bridgeport Condominiums from a rental community to owner occupants of low to moderate income (converted 128 of the 180 units in the complex). Over the past 5 years accomplished the sale of 17 inherited properties working with trustees, heirs, attorneys and fiduciaries. 

Beth has been active in the Solano Association of Realtors since she began her career, serving 3 years as Treasurer and chairing various committees; and has served on the Finance and Budget Committee for BARIES (our regional MLS)  since the inception of that corporation.  Beth is the recipient of the 2004 REALTOR OF THE YEAR for the Solano Association of Realtors, and has received the PRESIDENT’S AWARD four times which is a record. She served on the Program Coordinating Committee for the Housing Authorities of Solano County and she was a volunteer lecturer for the HUD Certified Home Buyers Education Course offered through Vallejo Neighborhood Housing Services, Inc., for more than 11 years. Beth is currently the Professional Development Coordinator for her Brokerage. 

Beth has received numerous performance awards throughout her career, including  individual QUALITY SERVICE AWARDs 5 times, which are only awarded at the request of the agent’s clients.  Beth works extensively (but not exclusively) with First Time Sellers and Buyers; Administrators and Executors and Trustees/Successor Trustees in the sale of estate properties; Investors; and with many Seniors who are downsizing or relocating to be closer to family.
